On February 14, Gao Feng Advisory’s CEO Dr. Edward Tse joined a panel discussion with two other guests and host Ms. Tian Wei on CGTN’s World Insight program sharing his views on the Trade War and the Coronavirus.

Dr. Tse mentioned China is focusing on fighting the virus while the implementation of the first phase of the trade agreement with the US is beginning to take effect. China’s economy will be hit pretty hard in the first quarter. The second quarter would probably suffer as well. Assuming the epidemic will go away by or before the end of the second quarter, he is guessing a strong rebound in the remainder of the year.
